Daniel Krauss is a Tax Partner with over 15 years of public accounting experience providing services to privately-held companies, family offices, and high net worth individuals. Dan provides strategic tax consulting and compliance services in real estate, technology, manufacturing, and foreign operations.
In addition to tax compliance and advisory services, Dan has experience with tax controversy matters, representing clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities. His experience also includes equity compensation planning (i.e. stock options and restricted stock units) and the sale of qualified small business stock (QSBS).
Prior to joining the firm, Dan was a Manager with a regional accounting firm and worked with clients in outsourced accounting and financial reporting. In addition, he provided tax planning and compliance services for nonresident aliens and foreign direct investment in U.S. real estate.
