Cindy Shen

Cindy Shen is a Partner in the Financial Services Group and has over 20 years of public accounting experience, working with financial services clients such as on- and off-shore investment partnerships/companies, registered broker-dealers, commodity pool operators, and registered investment advisors who manage anywhere from millions to billions of dollars in assets. She handles various trading strategies focused on equities, fixed income, futures, derivatives, distressed debts, trade claims, private equities and funds of funds.

Along with providing audit services, Cindy works closely with clients on various financial and regulatory compliance matters. She assists hedge funds in structuring partnership agreements and offering memoranda, and provides advisory services to start-up funds.
