Brooke Hodge is a Senior Director of Class & Mass Action, Legal Administration Services Group. In her role, she works with law firms, state, and federal courts, and court-appointed neutrals to streamline claims administration efforts for mass torts, mass arbitration, and class action settlements nationwide (including multidistrict litigation).

Brooke specializes in developing customized services for client and project needs in class action, mass tort, and mass arbitration claims administration. She also delivers solutions related to large-scale governmental and funds management programs, specifically working on opioid abatement disbursements, assisting with transparency in reporting for state agencies nationwide. Her team has administered hundreds of settlement programs, serviced millions of claimants, and distributed billions of dollars to recipients throughout the country.

Prior to joining the firm, Brooke was a Director of Business Development at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm.
Brook is an active participant in many local community organizations. Brooke sits on the Legislative Committee of the Los Angeles Chapter of Jack & Jill of America and supports other Los Angeles-based organizations like Worthy of Love, which supports unhoused children in shelters, and A Place Called Home, which serves youth and their families in South Central LA.

Brooke is a proud member of EisnerAmper’s DEI Council. She has moderated a series of webinar discussions centering on the topic of DEI in the legal profession and increasing representation in complex litigations involving MDL leadership appointments. Last year, she participated at the inaugural Shades of Mass Conference, a historic organization designed to create space for minority representation in the legal arena, where she spoke about fund disbursement and creating equal access to receiving and investing settlement funds in underrepresented communities.
