With nearly two decades of experience, Brian leads the development and growth of the firm’s talent advisory and staffing practice. He brings deep experience partnering with boards, senior executives, and private equity sponsors to help organizations build leadership teams aligned with growth, transformation, and long term value creation.

Brian advises clients across professional services, financial services, technology, healthcare, government, and middle market enterprises, with a particular focus on executive and senior level search engagements.

His work spans C suite, functional leadership, and critical growth-stage roles, where precision, discretion, and cultural alignment are paramount.
