Brian Jordan

Brian Jordan is a Director in the firm’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Group. With over 15 years of experience, Brian brings deep expertise in providing bankruptcy and restructuring, forensic accounting, and litigation support services to clients across numerous industries, including healthcare, retail, manufacturing, and others. He has served as financial advisor to financially troubled entities, unsecured creditor committees, chapter 11 and 7 trustees, plan administrators, receivers, and liquidating agents.

Brian’s experience includes corporate and debt restructurings, analyses of debtor-in-possession financing, cash-collateral budgeting, liquidation budgets, plans of reorganization, 363 asset sales, identification and prosecution of avoidance actions, and claims review and objections.

Most recently, Brian worked with the debtor’s Chief Restructuring Officer of a Reproductive Health Organization to manage and streamline their operations, assist with compliance matters, and put forward a plan and disclosure statement to exit Chapter 11. 

Brian also has extensive litigation experience and has served as an expert and the lead accountant in numerous forensic and litigation matters across a wide variety of industries. Brian also has experience providing expert testimony.
