Brian DiMattesa

Brian DiMattesa is a Director and a leader of the firm’s Franchise Services Group, with over 10 years of experience in audit and accounting and tax. Brian leads professional staff on an array of client engagements ranging from nonprofit organizations to construction contractors, as well as franchisor audits. As a business advisor and consultant, he excels in helping management teams develop efficient operational processes to maximize their bottom line.

Brian possesses excellent technical and analytical skills as well as a command of GAAP, GAAS, Special Purpose Frameworks, and pertinent IRC sections and regulations. He also has significant experience serving small businesses as a QuickBooksTM consultant and trainer.

Brian also has a specific proficiency in tax reviews, and assists businesses, and individuals who require multi-state tax filings. In addition, he provides comprehensive tax services to companies in franchising, real estate, construction, small business, and not-for-profit organizations.

Prior to joining the firm, Brian was a Director at St. Clair CPAs, P.C., a leading accounting, audit, tax, advisory and financial consulting firm and was a member of the Franchising Services Group.
