Ann Hilzim

Ann Hilzim is a Partner in EisnerAmper’s Advisory Services practice and a member of the Strategy & Transformation Services group. With more than 15 years of experience, she leads the firm’s Change Management and Project Management teams, establishing best practices and high-quality standards across strategic communications, process design, training, process improvement, and project delivery. Ann oversees a team of more than 30 professionals and manages a diverse portfolio of large, complex programs, working closely with teams across the Advisory practice to support organizational transformation initiatives.

 

Ann has extensive experience in project management, change management, training, and communications, including developing project and communication strategies for change and delivering training for large programs of 300 to 800+ team members. She has managed the external communications between team members and program applicants for large programs. Ann has also created processes and procedures to ensure compliance with settlement agreements, grant management regulations, and State and Federal policies.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Ann was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Before this, she worked as a Series 7-licensed financial advisor associate at a boutique financial planning firm.
