Angie specializes in federal grants administration, grant writing, budgeting, internal controls, and program management. She has an in-depth understanding of federal compliance requirements, including Uniform Guidance and other statutory and regulatory frameworks. Her portfolio includes leadership of high-impact federal funding programs such as the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act (IIJA), the CARES Act, and the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA).
