Angie Walters is the Partner-in-Charge of EisnerAmper’s Texas office and a member of firm’s Private Client Services Group. Angie has more than 30 years of experience in leadership roles in both industry and public accounting, including financial advisory services and corporate finance and operations. She works closely with clients to provided accounting, consulting and business advisory services to clients.

Angie works extensively with closely held companies and has an understanding of the business and accounting issues that are important to clients. She works closely with clients in the areas of strategic planning, budgeting, financial analysis, process improvement, buy and sell-side due diligence, and cash management.

Prior to joining the firm, Angie was the Partner-in-Charge of the CFO Advisory Services practice with Goldin Peiser & Peiser, LLP (GPP), a leading full service audit and accounting firm in Dallas. Prior to joining GPP, she spent eight years as a Vice President and CFO of a global manufacturer of vascular access products. This experience gave Angie first-hand knowledge of the financial and operational issues faced by closely held manufacturing and distribution companies. She is able to bring this knowledge and experience to bear every day to help our clients navigate business challenges.

Angie is active in many professional organizations where she speaks on financial and accounting related topics. She also leads internal training on topics relating to accounting, transaction advisory, and providing services with a consultative approach.
