EisnerAmper Wins Several Turnaround/Restructuring Awards from the M&A Advisor

EisnerAmper received four key awards for 2021 from The M&A Advisor. Awards will be presented at the 15th Annual Turnaround Awards Gala on September 29, 2021, during the annual Distressed Investing Summit in New York City. EisnerAmper won in the categories of:

• Turnaround Consulting Firm of the Year.
• Health Care/Life Sciences Deal of the Year (The Sale of St. Christopher’s Hospital for Children).
• Out-of-Court Restructuring of the Year, Over $100 million (Restructuring of Blind Industries and Services of Maryland).
• Out-of-Court Restructuring of the Year, $25 million to $50 million (Restructuring of Bellwether Behavioral Health Group).

Nominees were judged by an independent panel of industry experts. For more than two decades, The M&A Advisor has published insights and intelligence on mergers and acquisitions and currently serves as a global leadership organization of M&A, turnaround, finance and SPAC professionals.
