Paul Kangail Joins EisnerAmper's San Francisco Office as Tax Director in the Financial Services Group

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Paul Kangail has joined the firm as a tax director in its Financial Services practice. He will be based out of the firm’s San Francisco, California office.

Paul is a CPA and former Big 4 Tax Partner with over 30 years of experience. His extensive background includes advising clients within the financial services industry including hedge funds, private equity funds, venture capital funds, mutual funds, and fund of funds. Paul has also served family offices by providing tax consulting and addressing their complex compliance needs.

Well-known within the Financial Services space, Paul’s experience ranges from advising fund managers of early-stage startups to servicing some of the largest West Coast asset management firms on a variety of tax issues. Paul has both technical knowledge and first-hand experience regarding complex entity structures and U.S. and foreign investments, including debt, equity, and derivatives. Paul enjoys speaking at industry conferences and being a guest lecturer at various colleges.
