EisnerAmper Partner Appointed to Minnesota Board of Accountancy

EisnerAmper is pleased to announce that Partner Todd Lifson has been appointed by Governor Tim Walz and Lieutenant Governor Peggy Flanagan to the Minnesota Board of Accountancy, effective May 5, 2023.

The Board of Accountancy examines, licenses and regulates certified public accountants and registered accounting practitioners. 

With more than 30 years of comprehensive business experience, Todd specializes in highly complex audit, tax and merger acquisition engagements. He is an advisor to many senior leadership teams and boards of clients, helping them navigate financial matters and advising on operational items, succession issues, leadership changes and growth strategies. Todd has also worked with the Financial Accounting Standards Board’s (“FASB’s”) Emerging Issues Task Force (“EITF”).
