Scott Moritz Joins EisnerAmper as Managing Director in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services Practice

Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper announced Scott Moritz has joined the firm as Managing Director in the Forensic, Litigation, and Valuation Services (FLVS) practice within the Financial Advisory Services Group, effective June 2026.

With nearly 40 years of experience, Scott is a nationally recognized forensic accounting and investigative professional who advises boards, organizational leadership, and outside counsel on white-collar crime, anti-bribery and corruption, and money laundering risk. Scott will lead and expand EisnerAmper’s forensic accounting, complex investigations, and compliance advisory capabilities.

Previously, Scott served as an FBI Special Agent and a member of senior leadership at several prominent professional services firms, where he advised global organizations and their outside counsel on matters requiring investigative governance, forensic accounting analysis, regulatory compliance advisory, and remediation. He subsequently founded White Collar Forensic LLC, an investigative, forensic accounting, and compliance advisory firm serving clients globally.
