Honored for “Health Care Restructuring Deal of the Year”

EisnerAmper, a leading global business advisory firm, announced that its FAS Group has won the Turnaround Atlas Award in the category of “Health Care Restructuring Deal of the Year” from the Global M&A Network—a leading media company reporting on alternative investing, PE, M&As, restructuring and more. The award recognized the firm’s contributions to the Bellwether Behavioral Health Group restructuring. The engagement was supported by Allen Wilen, William Pederson and Anthony Calascibetta.

Award winners were named during the 13th Annual Turnaround Atlas Awards virtual ceremony held June 23-25. The Atlas Awards are one of the most prestigious, independently governed awards that honor the best value-creating transactions, outstanding firms, professionals and leaders from the restructuring, investing, insolvency and turnaround communities.
