Global accounting and business advisory firm EisnerAmper received an Association for Accounting Marketing - Marketing Achievement Award (AAM-MAA) for the Integrated Marketing Campaign category at the recent American Institute for CPAs ENGAGE Conference in Las Vegas—one of the largest professional development events for accounting and finance practitioners.
The annual AAM-MAAs recognize accounting firms for outstanding achievements in marketing and communication. EisnerAmper’s campaign centered on Qualified Opportunity Funds (QOFs). This rapidly growing investment vehicle, a result of the 2017 Tax Cuts and Jobs Act, encourages development in economically distressed “opportunity zones.”
The multi-pronged marketing campaign included an interactive website, blogs and articles, webinars, events, social media messaging, media and public relations initiatives, advertising, email campaigns, and the publication of Qualified Opportunity Funds: A Guide for Real Estate Investors.
Upon accepting the award, EisnerAmper Marketing Director Kristen Lewis commented: “We’re honored to be recognized for this project. Our campaign set out to educate clients and the larger business community about this emerging topic, and we’ve been successful in keeping that focus. This wouldn’t have happened without the strong collaboration between the EisnerAmper Real Estate Group and our Marketing Department. I’m so very proud to be part of this team!”
Added Lisa Knee, Co-Leader of EisnerAmper’s national Real Estate practice and an editor of the QOF publication, “We have an amazing group that put a lot of hours into this project. And that effort’s paid off judging by the number of clients and colleagues who’ve used and commented on our QOF thought leadership.”
