With its birth in 2004, podcasting has steadily gained momentum as a broadcast medium. According to Edison Research, more than 48 million people listen to podcasts weekly, and that number continues to climb. In the two years since EisnerAmper began podcasting, it has had thousands of downloads and unique page views via its website and podcasting platforms such as iTunes.
