David Sumner Joins EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services Group

Brings Deep Expertise in Fraud, Misconduct and Corruption Investigations
EisnerAmper announced that David Sumner has joined the firm as a Director in the Financial Advisory Services Group. He will specialize in forensic investigations, third-party compliance and risk assessments, claims management and design of internal investigation processes.
David, who holds the CPA and CFF designations, has more than 20 years of auditing, forensic accounting, financial reporting, and internal control design and implementation experience. He has a comprehensive background working with compliance stakeholders to conduct corporate investigations into allegations of fraud, bribery, misconduct, corruption and theft in addition to evaluating and developing compliance programs. David’s experience extends to serving clients in the life science, pharmaceutical, health care, manufacturing, nonprofit and retail sectors.

David—a member of the Association of International Certified Professional Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association—is a frequent author and speaker on various forensic accounting topics. He will be based at EisnerAmper’s Philadelphia office.
