Named “Project of the Year” in the 50,000- to 150,000-Square-Feet Category
EisnerAmper, a leading global business advisory firm, announces its new NYC headquarters won a 2021 Corporate Real Estate Award for Excellence presented by the CoreNet Global New York City Chapter. EisnerAmper’s headquarters received the honor of being named “Project of the Year” for projects from 50,000 to 150,000 square feet. Architecture and design firm FCA collaborated on this award-winning project alongside project manager VVA and construction manager JT Magen. CoreNet’s New York City chapter recognizes excellence in categories ranging from Corporate Real Estate, Young Leaders, Service Providers, and Projects of the Year.
Located at 733 Third Avenue, EisnerAmper’s state-of-the-art headquarters was completed in December 2020. FCA worked with EisnerAmper to conceptualize a “workplace for your day” built on four pillars: flexibility, collaboration, wellness, and sustainability. Driven by input from the firm’s colleagues, the new office supports a more flexible, hybrid way of working with the freedom to choose the best workplace for the day, in or out of the office. There are 850 employees from the New York area who can choose to work from the headquarters. Guests are welcomed in EisnerAmper’s private ground floor lobby. A total of 600 workspaces are available for staff to reserve, as well as hundreds of non-reservable seats in huddle rooms, teaming spaces, booths, lounges and conference rooms. Other community areas include a fully furnished and landscaped 3,200-square-foot terrace that allows for greater flexibility throughout the workday.
Moving to a new location provided EisnerAmper with the opportunity to create a unique and efficient space to enhance the overall user and client experience. The 125,000-square-foot EisnerAmper headquarters is a transformative office environment built for a resilient future.
“We are honored that EisnerAmper is a winner in the 2021 Corporate Real Estate Awards for Excellence,” says Mark Harbick, principal at FCA. “We pursued a vision for the New York headquarters that pushes the boundaries of workplace design. The collaborative and agile design scheme aligns with the company’s mission to expand and paves the way for further innovation in office environments.”
“FCA and the entire team we worked with were outstanding,” says EisnerAmper’s Partner, Robert Levine. “They were instrumental in helping us realize our vision of a ‘workplace for your day’ that reflects what is important to our people and also has a real element of fun to it. Congratulations to all involved on a job well done!”
