Compensation Resources and Christian Leadership Alliance Release the 2020 Leadership Compensation Report

New data on Christian organizations’ leadership salary, bonus, benefits and more

EA Compensation Resources LLC (CR), an EisnerAmper Group Company, and the Christian Leadership Alliance (CLA) have released their 2020 Leadership Compensation Report for Christian Organizations.

This year’s survey covers leadership salary, bonus data and benefit information including insurance coverage, turnover, COVID-19 impact and more. The data is broken out by eight Christian-based industrial classifications, as well as revenue, employee size and region. The results are based on data provided by 73 participating organizations. For example, one of the key findings is that only 2.7% of participants had reported a reduction in pay for leadership positions due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
