Global business advisory firm EisnerAmper announces that Lauren P. Berret, from EisnerAmper’s Philadelphia office, has been named to the American Bankruptcy Institute (“ABI”) list of “40 Under 40” for 2024.

Selected by a group of distinguished insolvency professionals, the “40 Under 40” winners demonstrate remarkable ability, leadership, and achievement in the bankruptcy and insolvency community. They are further distinguished by professional achievements and community service.

Lauren is a director in the firm's Bankruptcy and Restructuring Services Group. She specializes in restructuring and investigative advisory services and primarily focuses on distressed companies, unsecured creditors, senior lenders, and trustees in the middle-market environment. Lauren also provides forensic accounting and litigation support services.

“Lauren represents everything this prestigious award is about—and more. We’re extremely proud of her contributions to our firm and the profession and what those mean for other emerging professionals. And she still has so much more to accomplish,” said Allen Wilen, Partner and National Director of EisnerAmper’s Financial Advisory Services Group. “Congratulations to her and the other deserving honorees.”

ABI is the largest multi-disciplinary, nonpartisan organization dedicated to research and education on matters related to insolvency. It was founded in 1982 to provide Congress and the public with unbiased analysis of bankruptcy issues. Membership includes nearly 10,000 attorneys, accountants, bankers, judges, professors, lenders, turnaround specialists, and other bankruptcy professionals.

“We are honored to celebrate the exceptional leaders within the 2024 class as they continue to make a significant impact both in their practice and in their communities,” said ABI Executive Director Amy Quackenboss. “As bankruptcy practice continues to evolve, this diverse collection of honorees will propel ABI and the insolvency community forward.”
