Tyler Grodin

Tyler Grodin is a Senior Manager in EisnerAmper's Workday practice with nearly 10 years of experience advising organizations on Workday Human Capital Management and Financial Management solutions. He works with mid-market, large enterprise, public sector, and closely held organizations across industries, including healthcare, higher education, government, financial services, casino-gaming/hospitality, not-for-profit, technology, and professional services.

 

Tyler specializes in client-side Workday advisory services, helping organizations navigate complex Workday implementations from the client perspective. He works with clients from project kickoff through go-live, and is also frequently engaged mid-implementation to help clients regain control of projects that have fallen behind or lost direction. As a project management leader, he partners with executive leadership and project teams on project oversight, requirements gathering, testing strategy, change management, training, and stakeholder coordination, drawing on his own implementation background to communicate directly with system integrators on the client's behalf. Beyond client-side advisory, EisnerAmper's Workday practice also supports organizations with post-go-live optimization, helping clients maximize the value of their system long after implementation is complete.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Tyler spent several years with a Big 4 professional services firm, where he advised private equity, higher education, state, and federal clients on large-scale Workday implementations. During that time, he served in a variety of leadership roles, including Testing Manager, Training Lead, Chief of Staff, and PMO Lead, helping organizations successfully execute complex enterprise technology transformations.
