Tony Huber is a Director in the firm's National Tax Office. With more than 20 years of experience, he advises clients on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) tax diligence, structuring, and transaction advisory matters, providing technical tax guidance that supports strategic business decisions.
Tony works with medium to large private companies as well as publicly traded organizations across a range of industries, including private equity, manufacturing and distribution, oil and gas, sports and entertainment, technology, hospitality, franchise, and financial services. His work focuses on delivering clear, actionable tax strategies that help clients navigate complex transactions and mitigate risk.
Before joining the firm, Tony held roles with a Big 4 accounting firm, a regional CPA firm, and a law firm, where he served as Tax Counsel to business clients—advising on transactional structuring and tax implications. He has also presented on topics such as M&A tax issues, risk management, and federal relief programs, including PPP and ERC.
