Thomas Zemla is an audit senior manager at EisnerAmper with more than 15 years of public accounting experience. He joined the firm as an intern in 2010. A Certified Public Accountant, Tom leads PCAOB and GAAS audits, interim reviews, and attestation engagements for public and private organizations. He oversees each phase of the engagement, from planning and team supervision to detailed testing and final review, and serves as a primary contact for CFOs and audit committees.
Tom serves clients across the technology, life sciences, digital assets, and manufacturing and distribution industries, as well as privately held organizations. His experience includes SEC reporting and filings, such as Forms 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, and S-3, along with revenue recognition, equity-based compensation, and complex debt and equity financings. He is a member of the firm's Technology and Life Sciences and Manufacturing and Distribution industry groups and serves on its Crypto Task Force.
