Taylor Ginel is an IT consulting senior manager in the firm’s Technology Services practice with nearly 10 years of experience helping organizations implement technology solutions that support their business objectives. As a product owner within the Application Development Services team, Taylor works with business stakeholders, clients, and development teams to define priorities, translate business needs into actionable requirements, and guide projects from concept through delivery.

Taylor manages product backlogs, facilitates planning activities, and aligns priorities across teams to help ensure applications meet business objectives and user expectations. Taylor serves middle-market organizations across a wide range of industries, with experience working with state and local government agencies, agricultural organizations, and private sector clients.

Prior to joining the firm, Taylor was a business analyst with a large agricultural manufacturing and supply company. In that role, Taylor evaluated and improved business processes and supported ERP implementation activities, including requirements gathering, system refinement, onsite deployment, end-user training, and post-implementation support.
