Stephen Landry is a Director in the firm and a member of the Tax Client Services Group. For more than 35 years, Stephen has had extensive experience in domestic and international taxation for a wide range of industries, especially oil and gas and construction. Stephen also has deep knowledge of mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and wealth transfer analysis.
Prior to joining the firm, Stephen was a Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. Stephen's illustrious career includes an extensive tenure at a Big Four accounting firm where he specialized in diverse industries, notably oil and gas, and construction. Moreover, he was the Vice President of worldwide tax for a top-tier Fortune 50 multinational integrated oil and gas company. In this position, Stephen was the primary authority overseeing all tax matters on a global scale.
Stephen is a member of the AICPA and the Texas Society of CPAs. He is Advisory Board of Make-A-Wish Texas Gulf Coast and Louisiana. He also served as the Tax Committee chair for American Petroleum Institute (API).
