Stephanie Raga

Stephanie Raga is a tax controversy associate in the firm’s Tax Controversy practice with nearly five years of experience representing individuals and businesses in disputes with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). She serves high-net-worth families and closely held business owners on a range of tax controversy matters.

Stephanie’s experience includes civil tax examinations, penalty abatement, IRS appeals, offers in compromise, collection alternatives, voluntary disclosures, and other IRS matters.

Prior to joining the firm, Stephanie served as a tax attorney with the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, the legal division of the Internal Revenue Service. In that role, she represented the IRS in litigation before the US Tax Court, drafted legal guidance, and advised revenue agents and examiners on complex tax matters.
