Stenly Song is a Tax Director in the Personal Wealth Advisors Group, with 20 years of experience providing comprehensive tax and financial planning for closely held and privately held businesses and their owners, in addition to high net worth individuals.
In addition to tax compliance and advisory services, Stenly has extensive experience with tax controversy matters, representing clients before the IRS, and the California Franchise Tax Board. Examinations include negotiating settlements, counseling clients with installment agreements and offers in compromise.
