He has worked on designing and testing IT controls, including Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations, and IT applications controls. He was also part of internal audits for companies in real estate, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and financial services.

With a strong risk-based approach, Srinivas works closely with management to enhance internal controls and improve overall operational resilience. His ability to identify audit exceptions, conduct root cause analyses, and develop effective remediation plans has been instrumental in strengthening compliance frameworks. He also specializes in optimizing audit processes, making them more efficient and streamlined.

Before joining the firm, Srinivas worked at a Big Four accounting firm, where he focused on Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and post-SAP implementation control testing for a leading mining company. He also conducted SOX compliance testing for clients in the U.S. and U.K. Earlier in his career, he was a consultant at a global risk and advisory firm, involved in internal audits for manufacturing and energy clients across India and the Middle East.
