Son'je Taylor

Son'je Taylor is a Change Management Staff I in the firm’s Advisory practice with experience supporting organizational change, communications, and stakeholder engagement initiatives. She works with public-sector organizations and leadership teams, helping clients develop clear communication, strengthen project coordination, and support successful organizational transformation efforts.

 

Son'je assists in developing client-facing presentations, reports, communications, and other strategic deliverables to support change management initiatives. Her experience includes creating branded digital assets and marketing materials, developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), process maps, and RASCI matrices, maintaining project documentation and knowledge repositories, and conducting research and analysis to support strategic initiatives. She also coordinates stakeholder meetings, tracks project deliverables, and helps facilitate communication across project teams to promote successful engagement and implementation.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Son'je served as a Student Assistant with Georgia Tech Intercultural Student Programs, where she supported campus engagement initiatives through event planning, marketing and communications, digital content creation, and student outreach activities.
