Sharon Tucker

Sharon Tucker is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Audit and Assurance Practice. Sharon is responsible for the execution of the audit programs and supervision of the engagement staff.

Sharon has over eight years of experience in public accounting which includes providing assurance services to privately held middle market companies and not-for-profit entities. A significant portion of her experience is focused on clients in the non-for-profit sector. Assurance services primarily focuses on financial reporting compliance, including audits, reviews, and compilations of privately held and regulated businesses. Sharon also provides tax preparation and consulting services on the Federal Form 990 and related state returns for her non-for-profit clients.

Sharon is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Illinois and was a recipient of the AICPA’s Elijah Watt Sells award in 2018. She received her Bachelor of Science – Accountancy as well as her Master of Accounting Science and Leadership from Northern Illinois University. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Illinois CPA Society.
