Robbi Dickens is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Risk and Compliance Services (RCS) Group. He brings extensive leadership experience spanning internal audit, process improvement, and utility rate consulting. Robbi leads the firm’s water and sewer rate optimization services, where the firm completes engagements for municipal utility systems — delivering rate studies, revenue sufficiency analyses, cost-of-service evaluation, and long-range financial planning.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Robbi was an Associate Director at Postlethwaite & Netterville (P&N), a leading full-service accounting and business advisory firm. He previously served as Director of Operational Assurance at one of the largest public utilities in the United States.
Robbi's career spans the highest levels of public service and industry. He began in Washington, D.C., as a White House intern, a liaison to Capitol Hill, and special assistant to the U.S. Secretary of Education, before contributing to national security and emergency preparedness at the Homeland Security Institute.
