As Retirement Plan Specialist Rob Fradella works closely with corporate retirement plan sponsors assisting them in navigating the intricacies of plan sponsorship, investment monitoring, cost analysis, and employee education. With 30 years of experience in the retirement plan industry, Rob  has a wealth of knowledge in plan design and administration which allows him to ensure plans are in line with evolving regulations and industry best practices while efficiently meeting clients  goals and  objectives.    

Rob is familiar with the full range of platforms and service providers enabling him to effectively advocate for our clients’ service needs while fully utilizing available features and obtaining highly competitive pricing. 

Prior to joining the firm, Rob worked at a leading 401(k) consulting firm, where he helped Financial Advisors and CPAs set up retirement plans for their clients.
