Rhea Wade

Rhea Wade is a Manager in the firm’s Advisory practice within the Workday group, bringing more than 35 years of experience supporting organizations in strengthening financial operations, planning processes, and enterprise system adoption. She partners with clients across a wide range of industries, including nonprofit, financial services, life sciences, and professional services, to modernize budgeting, forecasting, and financial management through Workday solutions.

 

Rhea supports clients throughout the full Workday lifecycle, leading day-to-day project coordination, managing stakeholder communication, and translating business requirements into practical, growth-oriented solutions. Her work focuses on helping organizations simplify complex processes, enhance planning capabilities, and improve the usability and effectiveness of their financial systems.

 

Throughout her career, Rhea has worked in diverse industries, including insurance, nonprofit, financial services, and professional services, developing a strong understanding of business processes and client needs. Known for her collaborative and approachable style, Rhea has worked closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate priorities, streamline processes, and deliver solutions that support both short-term and long-term business goals.

 

Prior to joining the firm, Rhea held roles focused on project coordination, client engagement, and operational support, acquiring hands-on experience managing workflows, assisting communication across teams, and supporting financial and operational initiatives.
