Rebecca Rubin is a Staff II Consultant in the firm’s Risk and Compliance Services (RCS) practice. She specializes in Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) Section 404 compliance, internal audit, and internal controls over financial reporting and compliance. Her responsibilities include performing control design and operating effectiveness testing, supporting risk assessments, and assisting in the development and implementation of internal control frameworks.

​Rebecca works across industries—including pharmaceutical, finance, construction, and telecommunications—partnering with both existing and new clients to help them meet regulatory requirements. She focuses on identifying control exceptions and supporting remediation efforts to mitigate associated risks.

​In addition, Rebecca is responsible for delivering high-quality, timely project deliverables that meet client expectations and regulatory standards, ensuring a thorough and effective engagement process from start to finish.
