Randal LeDet is a Manager in the firm’s Government Services – Program Administration practice with more than 10 years of experience supporting government and nonprofit initiatives through program administration, federal grant management, and cross-sector program design. She works with public sector and mission-driven organizations to implement and manage complex programs that deliver services efficiently while maintaining regulatory compliance and accountability.
Randal supports government clients in the administration and execution of large-scale public programs, with responsibilities spanning the full program lifecycle. Her work includes strategic planning, program mobilization, implementation, compliance oversight, performance monitoring, reporting, and program closeout. She collaborates with state and local government agencies, housing authorities, nonprofit organizations, philanthropic institutions, and cross-sector coalitions to coordinate stakeholders and ensure alignment with federal, state, and local program requirements.
Prior to joining the firm, Randal held leadership roles within a national nonprofit organization and in consulting engagements supporting government-funded initiatives. In these roles, she led large-scale program development efforts, managed national programming and partnerships, and supported the administration of federally funded programs across multiple jurisdictions.
