Philip Ollendike

Philip Ollendike is a Senior Manager in the firm's Government Services -Program Administration Group. Philip has nearly 15 years of experience and his client base includes Federal Grant recipients, State and Local Municipalities, and Subcontractors.  

Philip is a consistent leader that adheres to a project management approach ensuring that stakeholders are well informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle. In his current role, he is responsible for the operational leadership of Government Grant Funded Programs requiring direct oversight and management of large, multi-faceted projects and/or multiple projects simultaneously. He leads the Government Services – Program Administration team through all phases of a program, including strategic planning, work planning, mobilization, execution, and closeout consistent with established program delivery processes to meet the scope, schedule, budget, and other contractual requirements. 

Prior to joining the firm Philip was a manager at a Big 4 accounting firm specializing in risk management, risk assessments, pre-IPO readiness, data analytics, cybersecurity, fraud detection and prevention, and process improvement. Philip also served as the COO of the largest economic loss and property damages class action in US history, from settlement launch to program wind-down and completion. Most recently, Philip transitioned to industry, leading business turnarounds, M&A activity, license pursuits, and start-ups for privately owned businesses in the medical and recreational cannabis markets in California, Michigan, and Alabama.
