Patrick Stam

Patrick Stam is a Senior Manager in the firm's Real Estate Services Group. With nearly 10 years of experience, Patrick specializes in providing audit and assurance services and primarily works with clients in the affordable housing industry and nonprofit organizations. 

Working closely with his clients Patrick provides comprehensive assurance services including audits, compilations, reviews, and agreed-upon procedures to meet investor and regulatory requirements. He specializes in projects financed and subsidized by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the U.S. Department of Agriculture Rural Development (RD), ensuring compliance with their standards. Additionally, Patrick is experienced in auditing venture capital investment funds and low-income housing tax credit, historic tax credit, and solar tax credit upper-tier investment funds with complex organizational structures.
His key responsibilities encompass coordinating, planning, performing, and supervising audit and assurance engagements. He is committed to developing his team and delivering the high-quality service and timely deliverables that his firm is known for.

Prior to joining the firm, Patrick was a Senior Manager in Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
