Nick Hoban is a Tax Manager in EisnerAmper’s Private Client Services practice, where he provides comprehensive tax services to clients across diverse industries. With nearly 15 years of experience in public and private accounting, Nick works with real estate entities, manufacturing and distribution companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

Nick specializes in corporate tax services, including federal, state and local, and international tax compliance and planning. He advises clients on complex tax matters and supports their needs through services such as tax return preparation, strategic planning, and compliance management. His work spans areas including real estate, professional services, not-for-profit organizations, manufacturing and distribution, life sciences, and law firms.

Before joining EisnerAmper, Nick worked at a global accounting firm focusing on low-income housing rental real estate, commercial real estate, and historic tax credits. He also gained experience at a global fleet management company, where he managed in-house corporate tax compliance.
