Naman Shah is a Manager with the firm’s Assurance Technology & Control Services (ATCS) Group. Bringing nearly a decade of experience, Naman specializes in Third-Party Assurance, IT SOX Audit, and Risk & Compliance, focusing on the Technology, Media and Entertainment, and Telecommunications (TMT) sector and the Healthcare sector.
Naman has extensive experience leading cross-functional and global teams to deliver exceptional client service. His focus areas include examination (attestation) engagements under AICPA (SSAE 18), IAASB (ISAE 3000 and ISAE 3402), and other regulatory standards. Naman manages the firm’s central SOC 1 report evaluation team, which assists audit teams in reviewing and documenting SOC 1 report assessments. He also performs HITRUST readiness and validation assessments for healthcare organizations from the provider and the payer segments. He has experience working with public and private organizations, providing fund administration, co-location, BPO, media, SaaS, healthcare, shared services, application development, and maintenance services.
Prior to joining the firm, Naman was a Manager at a Big 4 accounting firm.
