Mohammad Khan is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Financial and Regulatory Risk Services. With more than 15 years of experience, he partners with financial institutions to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks across governance, operational, regulatory, and technology environments. His work supports banks, broker-dealers, and other financial services organizations as they navigate increasingly complex regulatory and control landscapes.

 

Mohammad brings deep expertise across capital markets and banking operations, including audit coverage of equities, fixed income, structured finance, treasury functions, liquidity, and third-party risk management. He has extensive experience coordinating with regulators and business leaders to validate remediation of regulatory findings and strengthen control frameworks. Known for his collaborative approach, Mohammad helps organizations enhance risk awareness while aligning internal audit and compliance efforts with evolving business and regulatory expectations.

 

Prior to joining the firm, he held leadership roles at international banks and a Big 4 accounting firm, where he built and led audit teams and developed tailored risk-assessment and audit methodologies.
