Mitali Shah

Mitali Shah is a Tax Manager within the firm’s Private Client Services practice. With nearly 10 years of experience, she manages tax engagements for business entities, supporting clients with compliance, and execution across a range of investment and operating structures.

 

Mitali works with real estate and investment partnerships, corporations, and advising on federal tax matters and helping clients address reporting and compliance requirements. She is known for building strong working relationships with clients and collaborating closely with managers, senior managers, directors, and partners across multiple U.S. offices to deliver consistent, high-quality service.

 

Mitali also plays an active role in developing internal talent and strengthening team operations. She designs and delivers training programs for Private Client Services professionals, supports staff scheduling and engagement planning, and serves as a Performance Career Coach, mentoring team members on professional development. She also participates in recruiting efforts, interviewing candidates from staff through manager level, and has led internal firm trainings on partnership and corporate tax topics, including tax software applications, partnership fundamentals, and technical areas such as Section 163(j).
