Michael Waxman is a Senior Manager in the firm’s Tax Services Group with 15 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and owners of closely held, pass-through businesses. Michael leads the review of individual and pass-through tax returns during peak filing periods, using those insights to inform year-round planning and consulting. He works closely with clients and their advisors to coordinate tax planning with estate and succession strategies, and he provides guidance on transactions such as ownership transfers, buyouts, and stock redemptions.
