Michael Minutello

Michael Minutello is a managing director in the firm's Assurance Services Group with nearly 30 years of public accounting experience. He serves as EisnerAmper's System of Quality Management leader.

Michael designed and built the firm's System of Quality Management, including process design, documentation, risk assessment, testing methodology, and overall evaluation. The system has been designed in accordance with AICPA SQMS standards and PCAOB QC standards. His services include audit and assurance, employee benefit plan, regulatory compliance, and risk and compliance.

During almost 25 years in client service, he worked with public and private companies ranging from pre-revenue startups to multinational organizations with revenues over $10 billion. His primary industries were manufacturing and distribution, retail and consumer products, life sciences and pharmaceuticals, construction contractors, and real estate.

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Michael served as a national assurance director at a top 10 accounting firm, where he worked on national assurance and the system of quality management for five years and previously served as a commercial assurance senior manager in the New York market. His earlier experience includes a Big 4 accounting firm and New York-based regional accounting firms.
