Meryl Corcoran

Meryl Corcoran is a Tax Senior Manager and a member of the Tax Advisory Services Group, with over 10 years of experience in federal, state, and local taxes, in addition to other tax matters, including pass-through entities. She has provided tax planning and compliance services for partnerships, S-corporations, and tiered partnership structures. Meryl’s experience includes multi-state filings comprised of withholding and composites for various owners, partnerships, individuals, trusts, and corporations.

Meryl’s combined experience in taxation includes eight years of experience in pass-through entities and compliance services to privately held pass-through operating companies. She has provided corporate tax services to a variety of industries, including professional sports, family offices, broadways shows.

Prior to joining the firm, Meryl was a Tax Associate at a small accounting firm and provided tax advisory services to partnership, S-corporations, and individuals.

Meryl assists in the internal training on pass-through entities, in addition to mentoring of staff.
