Melinda Hannah

Melinda Hannah is a Director in the firm's Government Services Group. With almost 20 years of experience, Melinda specializes in driving governmental business growth by developing and executing comprehensive governmental capture strategies. 

Melinda is responsible for overseeing all capture activities, which include the engagement approach, solution development, teaming, pricing strategy, and the identification of key personnel. She is accountable for advancing and maturing opportunities toward high win probabilities and takes the lead in negotiating teaming agreements and strategic alliances. She owns, executes, and manages multiple opportunities that are at various stages of capture and proposal.

Melinda has an in-depth understanding of the firm and its competitors' service offerings, strengths, and weaknesses, enabling her to develop and implement large deal capture plans. These plans include win strategy, timeline, backlog, etc., and she ensures they are maintained, up to date, and properly reported. Her role also includes leading the development of internal teaming and capabilities gap analysis, competitive assessments, differentiators, key win themes, pricing strategies, and overall win strategies.

Furthermore, Melinda analyzes market trends to identify critical areas of focus by industry, geography, and function. She works collaboratively with client service teams to ensure growth activities adhere to the firm's established process and align with industry best practices for proposal management and development within the public sector market segment. Additionally, she is responsible for maintaining relevant client and prospect information in the CRM and acts as a liaison with external governmental relationships, including subcontractors and vendors.

Prior to joining the firm, Melinda was a Sales Strategy and Operations Leader at one of the Big 4 accounting firms. 

In addition to her corporate achievements, Melinda is a decorated Veteran of the United States Air Force (USAF). Her exemplary service over more than a decade have earned her prestigious awards including the Meritorious Service Medal, the Military Outstanding Volunteer Service Medal, and the Air Force Commendation Medal, adorned with an Oak Leaf Cluster.
