Mathew Hasty is an Associate Director in the firm's Strategy & Transformation Services practice with nearly 15 years of experience leading organizational transformation, change management, project and portfolio management, and strategic planning initiatives. He advises public, private, governmental, and private equity-backed organizations on complex business and technology transformations, helping clients align people, processes, and technology to achieve strategic objectives.
Mathew works closely with executive leadership to guide enterprise transformation programs spanning finance, human resources, data analytics, artificial intelligence, real estate, and other corporate functions. His experience includes leading large-scale technology portfolios, overseeing enterprise application implementations, managing cross-functional project teams, developing governance frameworks, and supporting AI-enabled business initiatives. He helps organizations improve operational effectiveness, strengthen organizational readiness, and successfully execute complex programs from planning through implementation.
Prior to joining EisnerAmper, Mathew led enterprise program management for a Fortune 500 retailer, where he oversaw a multi-million-dollar portfolio supporting corporate systems, data analytics, and artificial intelligence initiatives. His experience included directing enterprise application programs, leading technology modernization efforts, and supporting the implementation of innovative digital solutions across the organization.
