Marta Kantowicz

Marta Kantowicz is a Tax Senior Manager in the firm's Real Estate Services Group with 20 years of public accounting experience advising private equity funds, REITs, real estate funds, owner-operators, and hotel companies on complex tax compliance and planning matters. She has extensive experience in partnership taxation and a strong background in tax matters affecting real estate investment structures.

Marta focuses on tax planning and compliance for private equity funds whose investors include tax-exempt organizations, sovereign wealth funds, and foreign entities. She has significant experience preparing and reviewing complex partnership returns involving large and diverse investor groups, including engagements with more than 200 partners.

She works closely with investment managers and engagement teams to address tax reporting requirements, manage complex partnership structures, and support accurate and timely compliance.

Prior to joining the firm's, Marta worked at a global public accounting firm, where she focused on regulated investment company taxation and related tax compliance matters.
