Margie Jimerson

Margie Jimerson is a Director at the firm's Affordable Housing Services Group. With 10 years of experience, she specializes in providing assurance services to clients in the affordable housing industry, focusing on low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and HUD-financed and subsidized real estate projects. 

Margie's expertise extends to property-level projects, housing authorities, and not-for-profit organizations. She leads all aspects of audit and assurance engagements, from planning and risk assessment to financial statement preparation and wrap-up. Furthermore, Margie is recognized for developing and conducting office-level training programs, enhancing the knowledge base of her team.

Prior to joining the firm, Margie served as a Senior Assurance Manager at  Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
