Margie Jimerson

Margie Jimerson is a Senior Assurance Manager at the firm's Affordable Housing Services Group. With 10 years of experience, she specializes in providing assurance services to clients in the affordable housing industry, focusing on low-income housing tax credits (LIHTC) and HUD-financed and subsidized real estate projects. 

Margie's expertise extends to property-level projects, housing authorities, and not-for-profit organizations. She leads all aspects of audit and assurance engagements, from planning and risk assessment to financial statement preparation and wrap-up. Furthermore, Margie is recognized for developing and conducting office-level training programs, enhancing the knowledge base of her team.

Prior to joining the firm, Margie served as a Senior Assurance Manager at  Tidwell Group, LLC, a full-service accounting firm specializing in the real estate sector across the United States, focusing on affordable housing, conventional real estate, and not-for-profit industries.
