Luis Tobar

Luis Tobar is a Tax Senior in the firm’s Private Client Services practice and brings nearly five years of experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held entities with tax compliance and planning needs. He works with clients across complex personal, trust, and partnership structures, helping them navigate federal, state, multi-state, and international tax requirements.

 

Luis coordinates and supports multiple engagements involving tax planning, consulting, and compliance services. His work includes conducting technical research, responding to IRS and state notices, and identifying planning opportunities in accordance with applicable tax laws and regulations. He collaborates closely with managers and partners to deliver timely, accurate results while maintaining a client-focused approach.

 

In addition to his client service responsibilities, Luis plays an active role in mentoring and training interns and associates and contributes as part of integrated engagement teams.

 

Prior to joining EisnerAmper, he served as a Tax Senior at a professional services firm focused on advising ultra-affluent individuals and families, where he took on increasing responsibility for managing complex tax projects and client deliverables.
