Lourdes Kusnir

Lourdes Kusnir is a senior manager in the firm's Private Client Services practice with more than 15 years of experience providing tax compliance, planning, and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals, closely held businesses, trusts, estates, and family groups. She serves clients in the restaurant and hospitality, commercial real estate, retail, broadcasting, and family business sectors and is bilingual, with fluency in Spanish.

Lourdes advises business owners, investors, and family offices on tax-efficient structures, acquisitions, ownership transitions, succession planning, and multistate tax matters. She has experience with partnership taxation, trust and estate taxation, fiduciary income tax compliance, and wealth transfer planning.

She also works closely with attorneys, trustees, beneficiaries, and family office professionals on estate planning implementation and trust administration. In addition, she advises commercial real estate owners and investors on entity structuring, cost segregation studies, depreciation strategies, and Section 1031 exchanges.

Prior to joining the firm, Lourdes was a tax senior manager with a regional accounting and advisory firm, where she managed complex tax engagements and advised clients on tax planning and risk management strategies.
